- NO METAL SPIKES CAN BE WORN ON ANY TURF MOUND / FIELD.
- ADDITIONALLY. NO METAL SPIKES MAY BE WORN AT / ON ANY FIELD IN GRAPEVINE
- No post game handshakes - players / teams are encouraged to tip their caps to each other following the conclusion of the game
- No full award ceremony. Site Directors will deliver the awards directly to each team for distribution
Bakersfield Park
- COVID Statement: We are following current State Government Covid guidelines from Governor Abbott. Please be respectful of each other as we all enjoy a wonderful weekend of youth baseball.
- Concessions will be OPEN and will be serving Chick-Fil-A sandwiches (Saturday Only), Jet’s Pizza (small pizza’s) and World Famous Nathan’s Hot Dogs, and a variety of pre-packaged chips, candy and snacks. Drinks will be bottled only and will include: Water, Coke Products, including Powerade’s. Our concessionaires are following Covid Protocol Guidelines and we will have TWO windows open to help shorten the time waiting in line. The main concessions building is located overlooking Field 5. (The bathrooms in this building are NOT operational due to ongoing damage from the Artic Blast, but Port-O-Potties have been provided.)
- Concessions will also have some Healthy Options (just not as many as we normally do): Kind Bars, Apple Sauce, & Organic Juice Boxes, etc.
- Our fields are traditional “dirt and grass”.
- Our Batting Cages and Soft Toss Stations are a mixture of turf and padded matts. NO METAL CLEATS ALLOWED IN ANY BATTING CAGE or ON ANY SOFT TOSS STATION.
- We also have a Pitchers and Catchers Warm Up Venue (located between Field 7 & 8). NO METAL CLEATS ALLOWED in the Pitchers and Catchers Practice Venue. (This venue has three pitching/catching tunnels and may be shared.)
- Most fields (3-8) have designated Bullpen Areas for pitchers and catchers to warm up pre-game and in-game. The Pitchers platform and Catchers pad are located just outside the dugouts. These were recently UPGRADED to ALL TURF!!! NO METAL CLEATS ON ANY TURF SURFACE (including the catchers pads). Please help us out and follow these policies of NOT METAL cleats on any turf surface, thank you!
- Batting Cages, Dugouts, Pitchers and Catchers Practice Venue are first come, first served. One team may not occupy more than one Batting Cage if other teams are waiting. NOT METAL CLEATS ON ANY TURF or PADDED SURFACE.
- There are NO RV Hookups and no overnight stays allowed. RV’s should be parked in a courteous manner.
- We will provide basic field maintenance during the day as often as possible between games. We will do a full field set up/game prep overnight Saturday for Sunday’s games. (Our field crew are the only folks authorized to perform maintenance on the fields.)
- TRASH & LITTER: WE ASK THAT YOU HELP BY NOT LITTERING (there are dozens of trashcans in the ballpark). Use the trash cans and we (our field crew workers) will pull all nearly full trash cans on an ongoing basis throughout the day.
- DUGOUT CLEANLINESS: Each team is responsible to leave the dugouts FREE OF LITTER AND TRASH.
- BATHROOM CLEANLINESS: Each person is responsible to leave the bathrooms clean. Report any issues to the main concessions stand. NOTE: Building “A”, the main concession building is still without water and the Bathrooms are still CLOSED. Port-O-Potties have been provide. ALL OTHER BATHROOMS, Building “B”, Building “C” and the new bathrooms in the field quad 1-4, are OPEN!
Breckinridge Park

Heritage Yards
- No metal spikes on any portable mound - they may be worn on the field by CANNOT be on the portable mounds.
- Portable heaters are prohibited
- Music players (i.e. walk up music systems) are prohibited
Face masks not required: By team players, coaches, umpires or referees while in the dugouts or occupying team benches, on the field of play during games, or during warm-up activity on the fields, or prior to games within designated warm-up areas. Face masks are not required when a spectator or attendee has a medical condition, or the park patron is less than 10 years of age. Social distancing without a face mask does not qualify park patrons to occupy benches, tables, bleachers or temporary seating such as chairs on paved areas behind ball field backstops/fencing, etc.
Social distancing: Grassed or other non-concrete/paved surfaces may be occupied without face masks when social distancing is being practiced.
MCINNISH park

Oak Grove (Baseball and softball complex)
- Although wearing a mask is no longer required, we encourage you to consider your own safety and what you feel comfortable with.
- No metal spikes on any field in Grapevine
- There needs to be socially distancing in the bleachers – if not, we will be forced to clear the bleachers if needed
- No sunflower seeds, spitting or chewing by teams or spectators
- No handshakes during pre-game meeting
- No high fives or handshakes between players during or post-game
- No sharing equipment or water bottles
- Teams entering and exiting fields
- Teams should allow previous team to completely exit the field/dugout prior to entering the field
- Teams are to remove all of their items from the dugouts and pick up their trash
- No cameras hanging on our nets. With the camera, holder and battery pack they are pulling the netting away from the cameras that we have streaming on each field. They are welcome to record but it must be stand alone or chain link mounted.
Railroad park

Wagon Wheel
With the recent weather, the restrooms are not available. The City has arranged for portable restrooms, additionally, there are functioning restroom facilities across the parking lot at the Soccer Barn.
Wearing a face covering or mask is encouraged. Bleachers may be used as long as physical distancing, minimum of 6’ space is maintained. (A family unit may sit together.) Again, social distancing must be observed at all times.
